Price Adjustment
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are raising our basic service fee, for storing a
Megabyte for a year, from $2 to $2.50. If you have
already deposited funds into your Thinmail account,
you will have received a discount. If you haven't,
now would be a good time:
We use a safe one-shot prepaid system and do not
even store your credit card number.
Starting June 1, we began a basic monthly subscription
of $1.50/month, deducted from your account in arrears
(on July 1). This will enable you to use our
email forwarding and masquerading system, exchange
virtual attachments with anyone in the the world,
manage files by remote control, and get previews of
word documents.
Our actuaries tell us the average fax has been
under 4 pages. Therefore, instead of charging 20c/page,
we will charge 75c per fax event (of up to 10 pages).
For groups of 5 or more from the same enterprise,
flat rate billing plans of $10/ppm are available.
Please contact sales@thinmail.com to set it up.
New Self-Help Password System
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If and when you forget your password, we now have
a "self-help" lost password system, which generates
and emails you a new random password:

Thinmail Workspace Improvements
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In your Thinmail workspace, where you can manage
files online, you can now check all boxes with a
single click.  This makes it easier to clean up
the workspace, or move files into different
categories.
You can also search and filter the workspace for
filenames with wildcards:
We are continually working at Thinmail to save
you time and improve your ability to communicate
in low bandwidth situations.
If you enjoy the service, please tell your friends
about it in two words: "Attachments-suck.com"
